Frank Alfred Haire, Sr.
December 8, 1932 - September 12, 2016

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin for Frank Alfred Haire Sr., a native of Pelican, LA and a 66 year resident of Franklin who passed away at the age of 83 on Monday, September 12, 2016. He will be laid to rest in the Franklin Cemetery Mausoleum. Father Peter Emusa will conduct the services. A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday at Ibert's from 10:00 a.m. until time of service, with the Holy Rosary being prayed at 1:00 p.m. Serving as pallbearers will be Reginald Case, Buddy Haire, Todd Rodriguez, Chris Paul, Bryson Haire, and Murphy Naquin Jr.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Marguerite Ann Martin Haire; three children, Maxine Daigle, Sandie Hebert and her husband Shelton “Boo”, and Frank A. Haire Jr.; five grandchildren, Cherrise Dohman, Trista Suarez, Buddy James Haire, Mandie Kay Haire, and Shawna Marie Hebert; nine great grandchildren, Rachell, Kylie, Hunter, Knight, Bryson, Brennan, Rylen, Silas, and Sedrick; one brother, Sanford Dale Haire; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Coleman Sanford Haire; his mother Donnie Mae Haire Maltman; and four siblings, Huey Haire, Frances Baxter, Albert Haire, and Virginia Till.
