W. Frank Goss

FARMERVILLE (Special) -- Funeral services for W. Frank Goss, 79, of Farmerville, were held at 2 p.m. today at the Farmerville Methodist Church with Dr. Richard Meek officiating, assisted by the Rev. Larry Ramsour.

Burial was in Farmerville Cemetery under direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home here.

Mr. Goss, a retired mail carrier, died Sunday at St. Francis Hospital in Monroe. He was a native of Farmerville and a member of the Farmerville Methodist Church where he was treasurer for 17 years. He was active in community activities.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Lovie Goss of Farmerville; one son, James Walter Goss of Dallas, Tex.; two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Taylor of Kingsville, Tex. and Mrs. Franklyn Cobb of Atlanta, Tex.; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
