Dr. Richardson

JENA (Special) -- Dr. Frank Leslie Richardson, 83, died at 7:20 p.m. Thursday in a Jena hospital after a long illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Manifest Baptist Church with the Rev. Ellis Stringer officiating.

Burial will be in Heard Cemetery at Manifest under direction of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home here.

Dr. Richardson had been a dentist here for 60 years. He was a past master of the local Masonic lodge and a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Ruby Dosher Richardson of Jena; two daughters, Mrs. Avis Gaharan and Mrs. Ruby Humphries, both of Jena; one son, Frank L. Richardson of Jena; three brothers, George R. Richardson, Ronald Richardson and Alfred Richardson, all of Manifest; one sister, Mrs. Eunice Womack of Manifest; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
