BOSSIER CITY, LA - Services for Fred L. Todd, 74, will be at 10 a.m., Monday, March 29, 1999 at Airline Baptist Church. Officiating will be Dr. Damon Vaughn and Rev. Harold Shelton. Burial will be at Hill Crest Memorial Park.
Visitation will be at Rose-Neath's Bossier Chapel from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Sunday, March 28, 1999.
Mr. Todd, a resident of Bossier City for over 50 years, passed away Friday, March 26, 1999.
Mr. Todd was born in Grafton, MS. He was a vice-president at Shreveport Bank and Trust until his retirement in 1987. He was a member and deacon at Airline Baptist Church. Mr. Todd taught a bible class at Pilgrim Manor North and Live Oak Retirement Center, and the Glen Retirement Center for many years. He was instrumental in starting Johnny Gray Jones Youth Shelter. He was also very active at the Shreveport Rescue Mission.
Mr. Todd was preceded in death by his daughter, Debbie Todd.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Irma Hunter Todd; two daughters, Linda Justice and husband, Terry, both of Bossier City, LA and Jan Todd; grandchildren, Justin Aycock, Tommy Wilson, Nicole Wilson, Reese Todd, Cliff Todd and wife, April; three sisters, Edna Earl Bond, Jimmie Jacobs and Imogene Harper; and a sister-in-law, Margie Todd.
Pallbearers will be Albert Teague, Billy Bickham, Bryan Mitchell, Marion Hall, Mike Fultz, Mac MaGee, Bill Scotto and Richard Johnson.
