Freddie Bordelon
Freddie Bordelon, 87, of Liberty, died Oct. 16, 2007, at Field Memorial Community Hospital in Centreville.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Brown Funeral Home in Liberty until services there at 11 a.m. Bro. Merrill Blalock will officiate, and burial will be in East Fork Cemetery.
Ms. Bordelon was born Feb. 2, 1920, in Montgomery, Ala. She was the daughter of Fred C. and Gertrude Sandifer Barron.
She was a retired seamstress for Carter's Manufacturing Co., formerly of Centreville.
Ms. Bordelon was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Lee Bordelon.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Norma and Kenneth Holland of Liberty; four grandchildren, Paul Mike Whittington and his wife Ann of Gloster, Charles Ray Whittington Sr. and his wife Dana of Tylertown, Gary Whittington of Liberty and Sandra Wall and her husband Jamie of Gillsburg; seven great-grandchildren, Crystal Guidrey and her husband Nick of Walker, La., Adam Whittington, and Kim Jarreau and her husband David, all of Liberty, Charles Ray Whittington Jr. and Paul Albert Whittington, both of Tylertown, Misty McRainy of Gloster and Becky Wall of Gillsburg; and two great-great-grandchildren.
