Gary Louis Rolen died Friday, April 15, 2005.
Our beautiful baby boy left us April 15 at 14 weeks of age. Gary Louis Rolen was the New Year’s baby in Park Rapids. Gary, aka Gator Boy, aka Buddha Baby, went with God unexpectedly in his sleep. He was such a happy baby who will be missed by everyone.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother Marie and his grandfather Henry.
Gary is survived by his “da-da” Chad Rolen, his “mum” Rachel Nienaber, his sister, Ivory Rose, grandparents, Gary and Denise Patterson and grandmother, Kathy Gronskei, “grammar” LuCinda Makela, great-grandfathers, Louie and Steve, great-grandmothers, Doris Toensfeldt and Elizabeth Washburn, aunts Alisha (Eddie) Andreoff, Shantay (Steve) Washburn and Kelinda Rolen, great-grandfathers, Melvin Freland and Keith (Tiny) Rolen, uncles, Ulysses, Tim, Kyle, Chad, Edgar and cousins, Hailey, Eliza, Austin, Anthony, Autumn and Bayleigh and many others who will miss him.
Services: Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 20 at Cease Funeral Home, Park Rapids, with the Rev. Bill Meyer officiating. Interment was at Greenwood Cemetery.
