Funeral service for Mr. Gary Wayne “Joe” Howard, 62, of Rockwall, TX, will be held at 3:30 PM, Monday, April 9, 2012, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Monroe with Rev. Kenny Eubanks officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Howard passed away on April 6, 2012, in Rockwall, TX. He was a business owner of Howard Restaurant Services in Rockwall, TX. Mr. Howard was a musician and loved to play music, spending time with his grandchildren, Nascar and the New Orleans Saints.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy Stewart Howard; three children, Mark Howard; Tina Howard all of Rockwall, TX; and Paul Howard and wife Amanda of Quinlan, TX, three grandchildren, Meagan Howard, Jake Burks Howard, and Nathan Howard; two sisters, Norma Oliveaux and Diane Lamartiniere; brother, Seville Howard all of Monroe, LA; and much loved nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Kenny Brinson, Harold Jones, Gary and Bradley Lamartiniere, and Kenny and Glen Killian.
Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until service time Monday at Mulhearn Funeral Home.
