Mrs. Genie Mae Graham

WAYNESBORO, Miss. -- Services for Mrs. Genie Mae Graham, 79, well known resident of Wayne County, residing in Davis Community, were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday at Clear Creek Baptist Church. The Revs. Winfred Jones, and Howard T. Payne officiated. Burial was in Clear Creek Cemetery, Wayne County Funeral Home in charge.

Mrs. Graham died Monday at her home after a short illness.

Native and life-long resident of Wayne County, her husband, the late Robert (Bob) Graham preceded her in death after eight years ago. A member of Clear Creek Baptist Church, she was active in church affairs as long as health permitted, and also a member of Dorcas Sunday School Class.

Survivors include five sons: Robert L. Graham of Wayne County; Brady Graham of Waynesboro; Harold Graham of Rt. 1, Waynesboro; Lamar Graham, Shubuta, Rt. 1; and Rodney Graham of Jackson; four daughters: Mrs. Lillian Duker of Texarkana, Tex.; Mrs. Lola Stanley of Shubuta, Rt. 1; Mrs. Lessie Stanley of Chickasaw, Ala.; and Mrs. Imogene Howze of Mobile, Ala.; 28 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
