Funeral services for George Ann Solomon, 84, of Rayville, LA were held 2:00 PM, November 26, 2010 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA with Rev. Eddie Wren officiating. Interment followed in Rayville Masonic Cemetery, Rayville, LA.
George Ann was born November 12, 1926 in Harrisonburg, LA and passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2010 in Rayville, LA.
Mrs. Solomon was a member of First Baptist Church of Rayville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey Solomon and parents, George and Mildred McGee.
Survivors include her children, Ava Mazzant, Dia Solomon, Lisa Giacchetti, and George Solomon; 12-grandchildren and 6-great grandchildren; siblings, Joe McGee and Shirley Lancaster; sister-in-law, Alice Rose May; a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Joseph Mazzanti, John Morris, James Green, Tom McConathy, George Lancaster, and Carey Jay Ellis.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Louisiana Baptist Children's Home, Monroe, LA.
