G. E. Robinson

RUSTON (Special) -- G. E. Robsion, 89, a retired farmer of Downsville, died Tuesday night at Alpine Nursine Home here after a lengthy illness.

Funeral services will be held in Mount Nebo Methodist Church near Downsville at 10 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Charles Giessen officiating, assisted by Rev. I. A. Patton.

Burial will be in the church cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick's Funeral Home of Ruston.

Mr. Robinson is survived by his widow; two sons, O. T. Robinson, Ruston, and A. D. Robinson of Monroe; three daughters, Mrs. F. H. Drunagle of Mississippi City, Miss., Mrs. G. T. Holtzclaw of Port Arthur, Tex., and Mrs. Blanton Stewart of Shreveport; two sisters, Mrs. Edna Gill of Pineville, and Mrs. Mattie Williams of West Monroe; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
