George Ware Wasson

George Ware Wasson, aged 79, of North Little Rock, a retired employee of the National Weather Service, died Monday. He was a Mason and a member of the American Association of Retired Persons, Retired Federal Workers and Baring Cross Baptist Church.

Survivors are two daughters, Pat McCain of Hot Springs and Lynda Jack of Knoxville (Johnson County) [sic Knoxville, Tn.]; a brother, J. M. Wasson of Southern Pines, N. C.; a sister, Avis Norris of Shreveport, La., and three grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home by Rev. Jerry Hogan. Burial will be in Edgewood Memorial Park.Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
