Gloster -- Services for Georgia M. Rollins, 89, of Gloster, who died Sunday, March 16 2008, at Field Memorial Hospital in Centreville, will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Gloster with Revs. Danny Cook and Steve Buillon officiating.
Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
Visitation will be at Brown Funeral Home Tuesday from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. and also Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral services.
Rollins was born June 7, 1918, in Amite County, the daughter of George Marvin Whittington and Sylvia Jane `Pet' Forman Whittington.
She was a homemaker and helper to her husband, Mann Causey Rollins.
She was a member of the Mary Springs Church of God of Prophecy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her daughter, Sylvia Whittington; and her son Neal Rollins.
She is survived by one son, Arnell Rollins and his wife Tina, both of Natchez; one daughter-in-law, Demaris Rollins of Gloster; four grandchildren, Lori Bass, Barbie Sanders, Katie Rollins and Stephen Rollins; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
