MRS. GEORGIE MARIE MCCLURE

Services for Mrs. Georgie Marie McClure will be held at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, July 01, 2008, in Utility Baptist Church in Jonesville, LA with the Rev. James Foster officiating.

Interment will be in the Taunton/Coleman Cemetery in Manifest, LA., under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena, LA.

Mrs. McClure was born November 19, 1929 in Wallace Ridge, LA. and passed from this life on June 29, 2008 in her residence in Olla, LA.

She is survived by two daughters, Ann Kahl of Keller, TX. and Cindy Smith of Olla, LA.; two sons, Paul Wayne McClure and Tommy Joe McClure both of Jonesville, LA; one sister, Jean Harris of Oak Grove, LA. and one brother, Jack Taunton, Jr. of Jonesville; Fifteen Grandchildren and twenty Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmas Paul McClure; two brothers, Joe Taunton and Jimmy Taunton and her parents Jack Taunton, Sr. and Ruby Lucille Taunton.

Pallbearers will be Billy McClure, Eber McClure, Jesse McClure, Justin Smith, John Kahl, and Toby McClure

Friends may call on the McClure family at Hixson Brothers of Jena, LA., from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM, Saturday June 28, 2008.
