GERALDINE EWING GREEN
April 11, 1933 - June 9, 2015

Funeral services for Geraldine Ewing Green will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 12, 2015 at the Community Pentecostal Church in Manifest, Louisiana with the Revered Ronnie House officiating. Interment will be at Huffman Cemetery in Manifest, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home in Pineville.

Mrs. Green, age 82, of Winnsboro, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 in Larto, Louisiana.

Geraldine was a native of Manifest community. She was a member of the Community Pentecostal Church in Manifest, Louisiana. Geraldine was a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years and a homemaker who enjoyed being with her family. She enjoyed flowers, gardening and cooking. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Mitchell Green; her parents, Charlie and Gladys Ewing; son, Kenneth Wayne Green; three brothers, Waylon Ewing, Hansford Ewing and Earl Ewing.

Those left to cherish her memories include her son, Scott Green of Winnsboro; two daughters, Priscilla Johnette Ola of Larto, Belinda Lee Wiley (Jeffery) of Larto; two sisters, Lois Ewing Teague (Ronnie) of Jonesville and Marie Ewing Shemwell (Harlan) of Arcadia, Missouri; ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Friends may visit with the family at Community Pentecostal Church on Thursday, June 11, 2015 from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm and again Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
