Geraldine Vaughn
Geraldine Vaughn, age 69, died Thursday, February 23, 2012 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
She was born May 12, 1942 in Paris, Arkansas, daughter of the late Hugh and Suda (Demasters) Fowler.
She worked for Southeast Missouri State University for 35 years before retiring.
She was married to Clyde Vaughn who preceded her in death.
She is survived by five brothers, Calvin Fowler, Jack Fowler, Gene Fowler and Frank Fowler all of Moline, Illinois and Jerry Fowler of West Liberty, Ohio; and six sisters, Judy Jinkins of Waynesville, Ohio, Caroline Monday of Grandberry, Texas, JoAnn Peridore of Sikeston, Ulma Chaistain of Katy, Texas, Mary Nelson of Houston, Texas and Minnie Bynum of Wayco, Texas.
There will be a memorial service held Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ponder Funeral Home. Don Swilley will officiate.
