Gladys Hale
ST. JOSEPH - Graveside services for Gladys Maples Hale will be at 2 p.m. today in Wesley Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. O.C. Dyess officiating. Burial will be under direction of Comer, Ferriday.
Mrs. Hale, 68, of Clayton died Saturday morning at her residence.
She was a lifelong member of Clayton and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Luther Elonzo Hale of Clayton; two sons, Atha S. Hale of New Orleans and Damon Hale of Ferriday; two daughters, Betty Jane Vice of Bossier City and Brenda Gay Hale of Jackson, Miss.; one brother, Melvin R. Maples of Vidalia; four sisters, Alice Licata and Marie Worthy, both of Natchez, Miss., Mary Westbrook of St. Joseph and Ethel Teal of Waco, Texas; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 10:30 a.m. today.
