Glenn Houston Gaar

SHREVEPORT, LA - Services for Glenn Houston Gaar, 92, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, September 28, 1998 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Burial will be at Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.

Mr. Gaar died on September 26, 1998 after a brief illness. He was born on September 23, 1906 in Lincoln Parish, LA and has resided most of his life in Shreveport. He was retired from Ark-La-Gas. He was a Methodist.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Currey Gaar; one daughter, Diane Hodges and her husband, Paul Hodges; one step-son, Raymond Grayson, Jr., and his wife Jo Ann; one sister, Avice Kwasnik; six grandchildren, one great grandchild and one nephew.
