Goldie O'Neal

Goldie Bryant O'Neal, 67, of Pollock died at 6 a.m. Tuesday in Rapides General Hospital. She was a native of Mississippi and member of Clear Creek Methodist Church, Pollock.

Survivors include her husband, Frazier “Wig” O'Neal of Pollock; one son, Sam Bryant Jr. of Pollock; five brothers, Elisa [sic Elias] Kelly and Bill Kelly, both of Pineville, Eugene Kelly of Nebo, Clyde Kelly of Colfax and Cecil Kelly of Houston; three sisters, Peggy Durand and June Rose Durand, both of Pollock, and Muriel McIlduff [sic Myrtle McElduff] of Choudrant; 18 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Clear Creek Methodist Church with the Rev. Gary Elliott officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of Hixson Bros., Pineville.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home and after 9 a.m. Thursday at the church.
