Grace Brumfield Fox

KENTWOOD, La. -- Services for Mrs. Grace Brumfield Fox, 80, a resident of Southaven and a native of Tangipahoa Parish, La., who died Oct. 9, 1988, in Baptist Central Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., were 1 p.m. today in McNeely Funeral Home chapel of Kentwood with the Rev. J.P. Miles and the Rev. Ed Campbell officiating. Burial was in East Fork Cemetery.

Born Jan, 28, 1908, Mrs. Fox was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Robert Ellis Brumfield Sr. and Noah J. Fox, and two brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include two daughters, Pauline Bell of Southaven and Louise LaDart of Monroe, La.; a son, Robert Ellis Brumfield of Memphis; seven stepchildren; a brother, J.W. Schilling of Kentwood; six sisters, Katie Oliver, Pearl Mulkey and Allie Jackson, all of Kentwood, Lillie Stewart of Baton Rouge, Alma Wilkinson of Natchez and Edith Cavin of Prairieville, La.; 16 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
