AUSTIN, GUSSIE P.

Mrs. Gussie P. Austin -- Widow of the late Fred Austin. A native of Mississippi and a resident of Mobile for the past 50 years died in a local hospital on Tuesday, April 23, 1991. Mrs. Austin was a member of the Anchor Community Church and a former resident of the Boykin Towers.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth A. Gebsen and Mrs. Carmen Lemay, both of Mobile; two brothers, E.Z. Williams Jr. of Greenville, Ms. and Kenneth Ray Williams, of Oklahoma; two sisters, Mrs. Floyd (Betty Lane) Ross, of Water Valley, Ms., Mrs. Bobette Trowbridge, of Dermont, Arkansas; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Thursday, April 25, 1991 at 12 noon. Visitation will be after 5 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by RADNEY FUNERAL HOME DAUPHIN STREET Mobile, Alabama.
