SHREVEPORT, LA - Services for Gustava C. Hinkie, 86, will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 1, 1995 at Rose-Neath's Marshall Street Chapel. Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Wallace Cemetery, Pelican, La.
Funeral home visitation will be 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Friday, June 30, 1995.
Mrs. Hinkie died Thursday, June 29, 1995 in Shreveport after a brief illness. She was born in Pelican, La. where she formerly resided and was a resident of Shreveport. Mrs. Hinkie was a homemaker, a member of Highland Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Winford Emmons and Obie Hinkie.
Survivors include one son, Winford Emmons and wife, Ann of Houston, TX; daughter, Yvonne Bunting and husband, Thomas of Oil City, La.; brothers, Troy Crump of Sulphur, La. and Jack Crump of Hemphill, TX; eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and great-grandsons.
