Guy C. Lancaster Sr.

Guy C. Lancaster Sr., 90, of Langley Avenue, a retired millwright, died of heart failure Wednesday at St. Dominic/Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Graveside services are 4 p.m. today at Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is after 2 p.m. today at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home.

He was a Redfield, Ark., native. He had lived in Morton and moved to Jackson 53 years ago. He was the widower of Elizabeth Robinette Lancaster and Lessie Lee Lancaster. He was a Mason and a member of Pearl Lodge No. 23 and F&AM Masons. He retired from Mississippi Products as a millwright.

Survivors include: son, Guy Lancaster Jr. of Byram; brother, Bill Lancaster of Douglas, Ga.; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
