Gwen Daniell, 80 died Wednesday, April 27, 2005 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Graveside services are today at 2 p.m. in Lakewood Memorial Park. Lakewood Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
Mrs. Daniell is a long time resident of Madison, where she was a member of First Baptist Church of Madison. She retired from Mississippi Valley Gas after more than 20 years of employment.
Preceding her in death is her husband of 50 years Fred K. Daniell of Madison.
Survivors include her daughter Deborah Barton of Madison, grandchildren Scott Barton and his wife, Patty of OH. and Laura Burton of Madison and great-grandchildren Bianca and Jake Barton.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice Ministries, 450 Towne Center Blvd. Ridgeland, MS 39157 or to the Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi, 16 Northtown Dr. Jackson, MS 39211.
