This indenture made and entered into this 16th day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two between James Savell and Sarah Savell his wife; Elizabeth Savell wife and retict of William Savell decd; Rebecca Emmons and Jonas Emmons her husband; Martha Allen and William Allen her husband; Mary Young and David Young her husband; Aaron Savell and Mary Savell his wife, heirs and legal representatives of Hannah Savell decd. of the county of Hinds and State of Mississippi of the first part and John Saunders of the same county and state of the other part.

Witnesseth that the said party of the first part and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and eighty five dollars to them in hand paid the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold conveyed and confirmed and by their presence do give grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part a certain tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the county of Hinds and state aforesaid described as the east half of the northwest quarter of section ten in township four of Range two west in the Choctaw District containing eighty acres more or less. To have and to hold the above described premises together with all the rights privelidges hereditaments and appertainances of whatever nature thereunto belonging unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns in fee simple and the said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs and assigns doth covenant and will forever warrent and defend the title of the above described tract of Land to be free from the claims of all persons of whatsoever nature in and to the same unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns.

In testimony whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hand and affixed their seals the day and year above written.
