MRS. L. D. JONES

Mrs. L. D. Jones, 89, a former resident of Shreveport, La., died Saturday afternoon in the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. E. Howard Sr., 803 Fifth Ave., with whom she had been living for the past six months.

She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Howard and Mrs. Jutte [sic Juett] Slay, Shreveport, La.; one son, E. L. Jones, Shreveport; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

The body was carried to Osborn Funeral Home in Shreveport where the funeral was held.

Thomspon [sic Thompson] Funeral Home was in charge.
