MRS. HATTIE FORD

COLUMBIA, May 21 (Special) -- Mrs. Hattie Ford, 70, died early Sunday in the Jena hospital.

Funeral services were held Monday at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist church of Jena with Rev. J. P. Owens, pastor of the church officiating. Interment followed in the Hair cemetery near Jena under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral home of Columbia.

Survivors include her husband, Richard E. Ford of Jena; one daughter, Mrs. Nadge [sic Madge] Batson of Jean; Two sons, Marion W. Ford of Houma and Kenneth Eldo Ford of Griffin, Ga.; two sisters, Mrs. W. L. Barrett and Mrs. A. Jencland, both of Jena; and two grandchildren.
