Hazel Boyett Cook

Funeral services for Hazel Boyett Cook of Long Island, Calif., formerly of Baskin will be held Friday, Feb. 23, at 2 p.m. at Baskin Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Reagan Cemetery near Baskin under the direction of Riser First National Funeral Home of Winnsboro.

Mrs. Cook died Saturday, Feb. 17, 1996. She was a homemaker.
