Hazel Sudduth

KINDER, LA -- Mrs. Hazel Sudduth, 81, died Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at 8:40 pm in the Kinder Retirement and Rehabilitation Home.

She was a native of Kinder and lived in Groves, Texas for over 50 years where she was a member of Conception Catholic Church.

She is survived by her guardians, Warner and Frances Langley of Kinder; and Charles Nevils of Kinder; godchildren, Deanne Landry of Moss Bluff, Jane Hardin of Bridge City, TX., and Kaye Medlin of Prairieville; numerous cousins. Mrs. Sudduth is preceded in death by her husband, Connie L. Sudduth and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Preston Lafargue.

Funeral Mass will be held Friday, July 16, 2004 at 10:00 am in St. Phillip Neri Catholic Church. Father Micheal Barras will officiate. Burial will be in Carter Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.

Visitation will begin Thursday from 4 pm - 9 pm with a rosary at 7 pm, and will continue Friday at 8 am until the time of service.

Pallbearers will be Darrell Langley, Patrick Langley, Ernest Langley, Charles Landry, Jr., Charles Nevils, and Larry Elam.
