Widow Of William Duby Dies

Mrs. Hazel M. Potts Duby, 64, of 316 N. 76th St., died Sunday in a nursing home.

Funeral services will be at 1 o'clock tomorrow in the Green Lake Funeral chapel. Burial will be in Evergreen.

Born in Shelton, Mrs. Duby came here 29 years ago. She was the widow of William A. Duby, who died last year.

Mrs. Duby was a member of Greenwood Chapter No. 196, Order of the Eastern Star; the Daughters of the Nile; Court No. 18, Order of Amaranth; the Mendart Club; the North End Flower Club, and the Washington State Federation of Garden Clubs.

Surviving are three sons, Dr. George Duby, Centralia, and William and Ralph Duby, both of Seattle; three brothers, Drs. B. E. and Frank Potts, both of Belfair, Mason County, and Harold M. Potts, Olympia, and four grandchildren.

Mother Succumbs

The mother of a Centralian passed away in Seattle Sunday evening following an extended illness. She was Mrs. Hazel Duby, 62.

Surviving are three sons, Dr. George Duby, Centralia, and Ralph and William Duby, Seattle, and three brothers, Dr. Bert Potts, Centralia, Harold Potts, Olympia, and Frank Potts, Belfair.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m., at the Green Lake Funeral Home in Seattle.
