BOSSIER CITY

Services for Mrs Hazel Warner Ford, 65, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 12, 1981 at Rose-Neath Bossier City Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. W.D. Stogner a Baptist Minister and Rev. Billy Pierce, Assoc. pastor of First Baptist Ch., Bossier. Burial will be in The Hill Crest Cemetery.

She died Tuesday November 10, 1981 at her residence after a sudden illness.

Mrs. Ford was a native of Winnfield, LA, and has lived in Bossier City for the past 40 years. She was a retired checker at Ed's Shopworth. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bossier.

She was preceded by her son Captain Bobby Joe Smith, Bossier City Police Dept. Survivors include: one grandson Steven Lamar Smith, Bossier; two sisters Moise Grosjean, Bossier and Lurlene Esley, Stockton, CA; one brother Ben T. Warner, Bossier and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers: James Cathey, Alton Honeycutt, Billy Thornton, Michael L. Wilson, Walter Smelley, Calvin Joiner.
