Kruse

Heath Edward Kruse, 27, of Marshall, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2008, due to a car accident.

Funeral services for Mr. Kruse were held Monday, March 17, 2008, at Cochran Funeral Home, at 10:00 a.m. with Brother David Emmons officiating. Burial was in the Bluewater Cemetery, Livingston.

Heath was born March 15, 1980 in Houston, the son of Horace Elmer Kruse Jr. and Wanda Gail Emmons Kruse. He attended New Boston High School and was a member of the New Boston Athletic Club. He was a welder for Millennium Railway. He loved everybody, enjoyed fishing, hunting, music and golf. Heath was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church.

Survivors include his mother, Wanda Emmons Kruse; his father, Horace Kruse Jr. and his love, Jacqueline Haggard, all of Marshall, his sister and brother-in-law, Brandy and Steve Spears of Elysian Fields; nieces, Chesney, Madison and Samantha Spears; grandparents, Horace and Della Kruse Sr. of New Boston, Texas; great-grandparents, Elmer and Mildred Kruse of Sandhill, Texas and Thelma Thomas of New Boston, Texas; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and many friends.

His grandparents, Charles Eugene and Betty Lou Emmons; aunt, Brenda Emmons Fender; and brother, Reese Alan Kruse, preceded him in death.

Cochran Funeral Home, Livingston, was in charge of arrangements.
