H. A. CHAPMAN

H. A. CHAPMAN, 84, died in Laurel Clinic Thursday. Funeral services conducted Friday afternoon, 2:30, by Revs. Harold Anderson and I. H. Sells. Spent life in Wayne County. Member of WOW Lodge No. 143; served as church clerk and deacon of his church.

Survivors - four sons, Grady, H. A. Jr., T. F., W. R. CHAPMAN, Waynesboro, Rt. 4; seven daughters, Mesdames Ellie THRASH, Virgie JONES, Nicy CHAPMAN, Thera Mae RONE, Bertha VINSON, Velma LATON, Waynesboro; Winfell SMITH, Meridian; 25 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; one great, great grandchild.

Pallbearers - grandsons, Herman THRASH, Paul CHAPMAN, John P. JONES, Thomas JONES, Clint VINSON, Marshal JONES.
