Services Held for Henry Wells

RICHTON -- Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Union Baptist Church for Henry D. Wells, 68, who died Saturday at his home in Hintonville.

Rev. Foster Turner, pastor, and Rev. James Pierce officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery with Jones Funeral Home in charge.

Pallbearers were Frank Wells, August Wells, Buford Wells, Ray Wells, Jerry Wells and Oscar Wells.

Mr. Wells is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Hamilton Freeman of Richton; a brother, George Wells of Richton; a sister, Mrs. J. R. McCall of Selma, Ala; and three grandchildren.
