H. E. VALLEE, SR., DEAD IN BEAUMONT

BEAUMONT. July 23.

H. E. Vallee, Sr., 73, founder of the Union City Transfer company, died at 10:30 p.m. Saturday at a local hospital. He had been a resident here 23 years.

Services will be Monday, directed by Broussard funeral home. Survivors include three sons, Ceral, Henry and Edwin Vallee, and two daughters, Mrs. Helen Withers and Mrs. Effie Albaugh, all of Beaumont.

RITES TODAY

H. E. Vallee, Sr. To Be Buried In Magnolia

BEAUMONT. July 25--Funeral services for H. E. Vallee, Sr., 69, who died early Sunday in a Beaumont hospital, will be held at 4 p.m. today at Broussard funeral parlors, with Dr. J. H. Pace, pastor of First Baptist church, conducting. Burial will be in Magnolia cemetery.

Officials of the Union City Transfer company, which he founded, will be pallbearers for Mr. Vallee, who was a native of Grant Parish, La., and had been a Beaumont resident 23 years. He had been an active member of the Odd Fellows 30 years.
