Funeral services for Henry H. Arender, 55, of Baskin were held Monday at Christian Fellowship Church with the Rev. George Ferrington and the Rev. Gene Brown officiating.
Interment followed at Reagan Cemetery near Baskin under the direction of Community Memorial Funeral Home in Winnsboro.
Mr. Arender died Saturday, August 14, 1993 at his residence after a brief illness. He was a resident of Baskin, a driller with Mixon Brothers Drilling Company, and served in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Arender was a volunteer with the Baskin fire department and a member of Christian Fellowship Church.
Survivors include his wife, Voncille Arender, Baskin; one daughter, Sheila Arender, Gonzales; two sons, George Arender, Ruston; Thomas Arender, Baskin; his mother, Alta Brown, Baskin; one sister, Vera Lee Arender, Baskin; one brother, Aubrey Dale Arender, New Hampshire.
Pallbearers were Kenneth Waller, Frank Reese, Walter Hemphill, Jerrell Brady, Mike Hoddox and Terry Turbeville.
Honorary pallbearers were Landel McKeithen, John Ivy LeBeaux and Paul Roger.
