HERBERT E. SHULL, 85, of Germantown, private investigator, died Wednesday at his home. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Memphis Memory Gardens. He was a World War II Army veteran and recipient of the Victory Medal, American Theater Service Medal, and the European, African and Middle Eastern Theater Service Medal. Mr. Shull, the husband of Mary T. Shull, also leaves a sister, Maralliese S. Root of Calhoun, La.
