Vivian Gleason
Funeral services for Vivian Gleason, 77, were conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Springhill United Methodist Church with Rev. Evans and Rev. Paul Cassells officiating. Burial followed in the Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Mortuary.
Mr. Gleason died Wednesday in the Schumpert Medical Center in Shreveport after a brief illness.
A graduate of Minden High School and Louisiana Tech University, Gleason was a resident of Springhill.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Noma Gleason, Springhill; a brother Durelle Gleason, Minden; two sisters, Mrs. Flavia Mims, Baton Rouge; Mrs. Mamie Jarnagen, Greenville, Mississippi; and a number of nieces and nephews.
