Herman Seale

MIDLAND -- Graveside services for Herman Seale, 78, of Midland will be at 4 p.m. today at Resthaven Memorial Park in Midland with the Rev. David Herman officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home of Big Spring.

He died Wednesday, March 20, 2002.

He was born Oct. 27, 1923, in Roscoe and married Veronica Templeton on June 28, 1981, in Midland. He owned and operated Seale Furniture and Appliance in Midland and Odessa until retiring in 1979. He was a member of the Community Church of Joy in Glendale, Ariz. He served in the Navy during World War II.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Karen Floyd of Keller and Charla Showalter of Lubbock; a son, Larry of Mount Vernon; three brothers, Vondean of Burleson, Dan of Phoenix and Johnny of Peoria, Ariz.; three sisters, Melba Light of Snyder, Felba Ware of Sun City, Ariz., and Jo Alice Bohannon of Daytona Beach, Fla.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to a favorite charity.
