Herschel L. Wagnon, 75, of Garden Grove, a retired supervisor for McDonnell Douglas, died Wednesday. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday at Westminster Memorial Park and Mortuary. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the mortuary chapel. Burial will follow at the memorial park.
