Hilton E. ``Bill'' Taunton
BUTLER -- Graveside funeral services for Hilton E. ``Bill'' Taunton, age 75, who passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2001 will be held on Friday at 2P.M. at Butler Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Scott Tucker officiating.
Mr. Taunton was preceded in death by his first wife, Marilyn B. Taunton and a son, Dwayne Hilton Taunton.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn B. Taunton; son, E. Glynn Taunton of Montezuma; daughter, Amelia T. Jones of Reynolds; stepsons, Benny Coward of Panama City Beach, FL and Jimmy Coward of Butler; step-daughters, Linda Bone of Memphis, TN and Patricia Foster of Butler; brother, Thomas H. Taunton of Butler; sisters, Wynelle T. Phelps of Columbus and Clarice T. Wall of Ellaville; thirteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00P.M. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Butler Memorial Cemetery or organization of choice.
Edwards Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
