PANHANDLE -- Houston Lee, 86, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 2004.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Panhandle First Baptist Church with the Rev. Bill Fuller, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Panhandle Cemetery by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.
Mr. Lee came to Panhandle from Monroe, La., in October 2001. He served in the Army during World War II.
Survivors include two daughters, Rebekah Reynolds of Panhandle and Kathy Bandy of Granbury; two sisters, Etha Ashley of Houston and Leatha Duchesne of Hebert, La.; and three grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to St. Ann's Nursing Home, P.O. Box 1179, Panhandle, TX 79068.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30, at First Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Fuller, Pastor officiating. Interment will be in Panhandle Cemetery under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.
Mr. Lee was born on April 8, 1918 in Hebert, La. He had been a Panhandle resident since 2001, moving here from Monroe, La. He was a retired pipefitter with Local Union #211 and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He married Revé Pinckney on Mar. 4, 1947 and she preceded him in death on February 12, 1975. He attended Bethany Baptist Church in Monroe, La.
He is survived by two daughters - Rebekah Reynolds & husband, Steve of Panhandle, Katherine Bandy and husband, Mason of Granbury, two sisters - Etha Ashley of Houston, Letha Duchesne of Hebert, La., and three grandchildren.
