Born in Bagwell, TX, on Feb. 28, 1922, passed away on March 24, 2006. He
is preceeded in death by wife Stella. He is survived by sons Howard Noe
Jr. and Montaine Noe, daughter Inga Wooten, sisters Shirley Torre and
Dixie Huckabay, grandchildren Rebecca Coker, Lawna Noe, Audra Noe, Eric
Wooten and Lisa Bubeck and five great grand children. Services will be
held at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 31, at Sunset Lawn Cemetery.
