Hubert A. Quillin
Forth Worth -- Hubert A. Quillin, the founder and owner of
Quillin's Fish Market, died Friday at a Fort Worth hospital.
He was 82.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. today in Mount Olivet
Cemetery.
Shannon's TCU Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Quillin was born in McKinney and was a resident of Tarrant
County for 65 years. He was a member of Travis Avenue
Baptist Church. He was a former member of Southside Lion's
Club and Hemphill Heights Masonic Lodge. He was the widower
of Charlotte Quillin.
Survivors: Two sons, William H. Quillin and Ronald W. Quillin,
both of Fort Worth; daughter, Kay Quillin of Fort Worth; four
grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
