TAYLOR COUNTY -- Funeral services for Hugh L. Bone who passed away on Monday, July 16, 2001, at Peachbelt Healthcare in Warner Robins will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2001, at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with the Rev. Marty Pearson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Bone, age 86, was a lifelong resident of Taylor County and was the son of the late Fred and Naomi Taunton Bone. He was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, owner and operator of Bone Hotel and Bone Ready to Wear. He was also a retired farmer.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucile Taunton Bone.
Survivors include three sons, Lewis Bone of Butler, Lester Bone of Cochran and Milton Bone of Warner Robins; one brother, A.G. Bone of Macon and one sister, Lois Chapman of Butler; eight grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren also survive.
Friends may visit with the family from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday evening at Edwards Funeral Home.
