Ida V. Traxler, 86, of Langley Street, a homemaker, died of heart failure Saturday at St. Dominic/Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Lodebar United Methodist Church of Pelahatchie with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 2-6 p.m. today at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl.

Mrs. Traxler was a Rankin County native. She was a member of Lodebar United Methodist Church of Pelahatchie.

Survivors include: sons, C. Q. Martin of Sacramento, Calif., and John C. Martin of Pearl; daughter, Shirley M. Self of Jackson; sisters, Edna Edwards and Laverne Edwards, both of Newton; and four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
