MRS. IDA M. PARK

TUTTLE -- Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Church of Christ for Mrs. Ida M. Park, 77, who died in her home in Tuttle Monday.

She is survived by her husband, R. L. Park, and a daughter, Mrs. Blanche Smith, both of Tuttle.

Mrs. R.L. Park

Mrs. R.L. Park, pioneer resident of Tuttle, passed away Monday night. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Church of Christ in Tuttle. Obituary and story will follow in next week's issue of the Tuttle Times.

Mrs. Ida M. Park

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon in the Church of Christ for Mrs. Ida M. Park, 78, who passed away at her home Monday. C.L. Taylor conducted the services, assisted by Wayne Smithers of Norman.

Music was furnished by a mixed group composed of Mrs. J.D. Lynn, Mrs. Claude McGee, Mrs. Henry Klippel, Mrs. Clarence Freeze, Cecil Bost, B.C. Hoover, & Clarence Freeze. They sang “The Old Rugged Cross”, “Beyond The Sunset”, “Sweet Bye and Bye”, and “Precious Memories”.

Pallbearers were: Wade Hill, Theron Jones, Kay Nickles, Claud Haywood, Clinton Goben, and J.D. Lynn.

Interment was in the Fairlawn cemetery under the direction of the Sowers funeral home.

Ida M. Foster, daughter of Epheriam & Amanda Foster, was born 2/11/1873 near Meridian, TX. In early girlhood, she came to Indian Territory. She married R.L. Park in 1893 and they had two children, Edgar L. who preceeded her in death in 1938 and a daughter, Blanche Smith of Tuttle.

Survivors include her husband and daughter, one brother, E.A. Foster of Newcastle, and six grandsons.
