Ida Mae Temple Murray

Graveside services for Ida Mae Temple Murray of Meadville were 11 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 27, at Siloam Baptist Church Cemetery. Franklin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Murray, 92, died Feb. 25, 2002, at Camellia Estates in McComb. She was born in Franklin County on Nov. 20, 1909, to T. W. Temple and Tennie Cothern Temple.

She was a retired LPN and had worked at McComb Infirmary and SMRMC for 21 years. She was a member of Middleton Creek Primitive Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her stepmother, Euna Whittington Temple; her husband, Roy Murray; and five brothers and two sisters.

Survivors are her brothers, Marsette Temple of Port Vincent, La., and Levon Temple of Baker, La.; and her sisters, Willena Hall and Gladys T. Hall, both of Natchez, Loucille T. Abbott of Reno, Nev., Velma T. Hancock of Zachary, La., and Delores T. Ratcliff of Summit.
