IRA MASON PARKER
Ira Mason Parker, 94, of Bay Springs, died Wednesday, March 22, 2000, at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today, at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Bay Springs, with burial in Hickory Grove Cemetery in Laurel.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Bay Springs.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther Ainsworth Parker.
He is survived by one daughter, Mona Sanders of Columbus; three brothers, Alvist [sic Alvis] Parker and Forrest Parker, both of Bay Springs, and Norris Parker of Jackson; two sisters, Lucille King of Pascagoula and Virginia Stringer of Laurel; and two grandchildren, Parker Sanders and Robert Sanders.
Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements.
