MRS. IRIS LEJUNE OLIVER CARROLL

Funeral services for Mrs. Iris LeJune Oliver Carroll, 76, of West Monroe, LA will be held at Holly Grove Baptist Church on Saturday, January 13, 2007 at 2:00PM with Rev. Terry Traxler and Rev. Jeff Robinson officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Grove Cemetery under the direction of Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home in Winnsboro.

Mrs. Carroll was born December 10, 1930 in Franklin Parish, and passed away Thursday January 11, 2007 at Cornerstone Hospital, West Monroe. She was a resident of West Monroe, a School teacher, and a member of the Brownsville Baptist Church. Mrs. Carroll earned her B.A. in Education from Northwestern University and a Masters Degree from NLU in Monroe. She taught school many years at Wisner High School. She was preceded in death by Husband, Herbert Carroll; Father, Sam Oliver; Mother, Missie (Magee) Oliver; Brother, Pete Oliver. Survivors include Daughter, Sherry McAdams and husband Butch of West Monroe; Son Rusty Carroll and Mandie Hunt and Katrina Carroll.

The pallbearers will be Ronald Beach, Darrell Beach, Michael Beach, Herman Rials, Nathan Oliver, and Joe Foy.

In lieu of flowers donate in Holly Grove Baptist church, Wisner or Brownsville Baptist Church, West Monroe.
