W. IRVING [sic IRVIN] SMITH

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- Funeral service will be held Sunday, 3 p.m., from the chapel of the Hulett Funeral Home in Hattiesburg for W. Irving [sic Irvin] Smith, 54, who died Friday in Forrest General Hospital after a brief illness. Burial will be in Roseland Park Cemetery.

Survivors include: his widow, Elizabeth Hill Smith; his mother, Mrs. L. C. Smith of Laurel; one daughter, Mrs. Carol Garner of Hattiesburg and three sisters, Mrs. Johnny Lloyd of Colorado Springs, Colo., Mrs. W. C. Meeks of Little Rock, Ark., and Mrs. C. J. House of Laurel.
